B-51: 1/2oz Kahlua, 1/2oz Grand Marnier, 1/2oz Bailey's, 1/2oz 151 rum, shake with rocks to chill and strain into an up glass.

B-52: 3/4oz Baileys, 3/4oz Kahlua, 3/4oz Grand Marnier, shake with rocks to chill and strain into an up glass. (increase to 1oz each and add two scoops of vanilla ice cream, or one scoop and ice into a blender for a frozen B-52).

B-53: 1/2oz Stolichnaya vodka, 1/2oz Kahlua, 1/2oz Grand Marnier, 1/2oz Bailey's, shake with rocks to chill and strain into an up glass.

Bacardi Cocktail: 1.25oz Bacardi rum (clear), a splash of Grenadine, fill pineapple juice, shake or blend and pour over rocks.

Bahama Mama: 2oz Coconut Rum, 1 oz Grenadine, fill pineapple juice, shake or blend and pour over rocks.

Bahama Marguerita: 1.25oz Tequila, 1 oz Triple Sec, 1 oz Grenadine, fill 2/3 Marguerita Mix or Sweet & Sour (check ingredients as manufacturers vary), 1/3 pineapple juice, shake or blend and pour over rocks.

Bahama Sunset: 1.25oz Vodka, 1 oz Pina Colada mix (check ingredients as manufacturers vary), 1/3 OJ, 1/3 cranberry juice, shake or blend and pour over rocks, then pour Grenadine over the top and let it settle into the drink for the "sunset" look.

Baileys Comet (shot): 3/4 oz Baileys, 3/40z vodka, shake on ice to chill and strain into shot glass.

Baked Apple: 2 oz coconut rum, fill hot apple juice, dust lightly with cinnamon powder, or shavings (optional). Fruit flavor mixes are sometimes added for additional flavor options.

Baked Cranapple: 1.25oz Malibu Rum, fill 1/3 hot cranberry juice, 2/3 hot apple juice (can be heated together).

Bay Breeze: 1.25oz Vodka, fill 1/3 grapefruit juice, 2/3 pineapple juice, a sqeeze of Grenadine, shake or blend and pour over rocks.

Beach Blanket Bingo: 1.25 oz Vodka, fill 1/3 grape juice, 1/3 cranberry juice, 1/3 sprite, shake or blend and pour over rocks.

Between the Sheets: 1/2 oz rum (clear), 1/2 oz brandy, 1/2 triple sec, (check ingredients - manufacturers vary), shake or blend and pour over rocks.

Bloody Brain (shot): 1/2oz Vodka, 1/2oz Peach Schnapps, using a pour spout on the bottle of baileys, pour a little into the center to form a floating glob, then in the same manner pour a little grenadine on top of the baileys. The name says the rest (but it tastes good!)

Bloody Mary: 1.25 oz vodka, fill tomato juice, season with Worchestire sauce (check ingredients as maufacturers vary), celery salt, black pepper, squeeze of lime (add a couple dashes of tobasco for spice). Garnish with celery stick, lime rim.

Boom Boom Punch: 1.25 oz rum, 1 oz brown sugar simple syrup, fill 1/3 lemonade, 1/3 pineapple, 1/3 OJ, shake or blend and pour over rocks.

Border Crossing: 1.25 oz Tequila, fill 1/2 marguerita mix (check ingredients - manufacturers vary), 1/2 coke, shake or blend and pour over rocks.

Boston Cocktail: 1.25 oz rum (clear), 1oz Grenadine, fill 2/3 lemonade, 1/3 apricot juice, shake or blend and pour over rocks.

Bourbon and Dr. Pepper: 1.25 oz bourbon, fill Dr. Pepper over rocks.

Bourbon and Soda: 1.25 oz Bourbon, fill sprite/7up, coke, soda, or alternative over rocks.

Brain Eraser: take an empty rocks glass, add 1/2oz vodka, 1/2oz kahlua, 1/2oz Disaronno amaretto into the bottom, fill with soda but do not mix, stick a straw into the bottom, and from the bottom up race your friends as fast as you can suck it down. Sit down before you fall down after 2-3 :)

Brandy Sour: 1/25 z Brandy, fill sweet& sour (check ingredients - manufacturers vary), shake or blend and pour over rocks.

Brass Monkey: 1oz rum (clear), 1oz rum (dark) fill OJ, shake or blend and pour over rocks.

Bulldog: 2oz Kahlua, fill 1/2 cream, 1/2 coke, over rocks. Stir as desired.

Bushwacker: 1oz Malibu or Parot Bay coconut rum, 1oz Kahlua, 1oz Bailey's, fill pineapple juice, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
