Cactus Kamikaze: 1oz Vodka, 1oz cactus juice, fill sweet&sour mix (check ingredients as manufacturers vary), shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Cement Mixer: Take a 1/2+ oz shot of lime juice and hold it in your mouth. While holding the lime juice, take a 1oz shot of Baileys into your mouth. As it coagulates, you will understand the name :)
Cherry Cheescake: 1.25 oz Vanilla Vodka, fill premium Cranberry juice (use real Cranberry juice like Ocean Spary, the cheap stuff makes it taste like meh), shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Cherry Cheesecake(shot): 1oz vanilla vodka, splash cranberry juice (use the real stuff like Oceanspray because the flavor difference is huge over the watered down stuff), shake with ice and strain into shot glass.
Chihuahua: 1.25 oz Tequila, 1oz Grenadine, fill grapefruit juice, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Choca Mocha: 1oz Kahlua, 1oz Disaronno amaretto, fill cream, shake or blend and pour over rocks, add whip cream as desired.
Cloudy: 1.25 oz vodka, fill 2/3 soda, 1/3 cola, over rocks.
Cocaine Lady: 3/4oz Disaronno amaretto, 3/4oz Kahlua, fill 1/2&1/2, top with coke, over rocks.
Coco Loco: 1.25 oz tequila, fill 1/3 pina colada mix (check ingredients - manufacturers vary), 2/3 pineapple juice, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Coconut Cola: 1.25 oz coconut rum, fill cola, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Coconut Dreamsicle: 1.25 oz vodka, 2oz pina colada mix (check ingredients - manufacturers vary), 1oz cream, fill 1/2 OJ, 1/2 pineapple juice, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Collins (gin or vodka): 1.25 oz (gin or vodka - depending on your preference), fill 1/2 sweet and sour mix (check ingredients - manufacturers vary), 1/2 Sprite/7up, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Cookie Monster (shot): layer bottom to top in rocks glass 1oz Kahlua, 1oz Bailey's, 1oz Bacardi clear rum, up.

Cosmopolitan: 1.25 oz vodka (top shelf is better), 1/2oz triple sec (cointreau can be substituted for more flavor) (check ingredients - manufacturers vary), just a small splash of cranberry juice, shake it in a Stainless shaker with plenty of ice in it until your hands stick to the outside, then shake it vigorously into a martini glass so that there are ice crystals floating on the top. It should be a pale pink color when done. Take a lemon twist and run it around the rim, then drop in the center. This is a Cosmo done right.
Cranberry Lemondrop: 1oz vodka, 1oz triple sec (check ingredients - manufacturers vary), fill 2/3 lemonade, 1/3 cranberry, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Cream Puff: 1oz rum (clear), 1oz triple sec (check ingredients - manufacturers vary), fill cream, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Cuba Libre: 1.25 oz rum (your choice), fill soda over rocks, add a lime (the lime makes the rum & coke a Cuba Libre).
