Mad Hatter: 1oz vodka, 1oz peach schnapps, fill 2/3 lemonade, 1/3 coke, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Madras: 1.25oz vodka, fill 1/2 cranberry juice, 1/2 OJ, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Mai Tai: 1/2oz clear rum, 1/2oz Meyers dark rum, 1/2oz Creme de Noya (check ingredients), fill 1/3 OJ, 1/3 pineapple juice, 1/3 sweet&sour, add a generous squirt of grenadine, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Malibu Apple Juice: 2oz Malibu or Parot Bay coconut rum, fill apple juice, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Malibu Apple Pie: 1oz vodka, 1oz Malibu or Parot Bay coconut rum, fill apple juice, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Malibu Bay Breeze: 1oz vodka, 1oz Malibu or Parot Bay coconut rum, fill 1/2 pineapple juice, 1/2 cranberry juice, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Malibu Beach: 1oz vodka, 1oz Malibu or Parot Bay coconut rum, fill 1/2 OJ, 1/2 pineapple juice, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
 
Malibu Big Red: 2oz Malibu or Parot Bay coconut rum, fill strawberry soda, over rocks.
Malibu Chill: 2oz Malibu or Parot Bay coconut rum, fill 1/3 pineapple juice, 2/3 lemonade, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Malibu Chocolate milk: 2oz Malibu or Parot Bay coconut rum, fill chocolate milk, over rocks.

Margueritas - there are many types of margueritas. The base of a marguerita is tequila, with a top choice gold of agave usually being the best depending on your palette. A marguerita mix is used, or you can make your own by using sweet&sour, and some lime juice.

Classic Marguerita: 1.25oz gold tequila, 3/4oz triple sec, fill marguerita mix, shake or blend and pour over rocks. Salt the rim of the glass beforehand with marguerita or kosher salt, or unsalted if you prefer.

For a frozen marguerita of any flavor, you just add ice and blend to the desired thickness.

Cadillac Marguerita: 1oz top-shelf gold tequila, 1oz Gran Marnier(ingredients pending), 1/2oz triple sec, fill sweet&sour, splash of lime juice, shake or blend and pour over rocks.

Melon Marguerita: 1oz gold tequila, 1oz Midori melon liquor(ingredients pending), fill sweet&sour and splash of lime, or marguerita mix.

Martini: Martinis can be made with a number of different flavors added to them, and garnished in a variety of ways. I will list a few of them here, but in general they consist of mostly alcohol, usually vodka or gin as a base.

Martini (Traditional): 2-4oz of your choice of mid-top shelf vodka or gin (depending on size of glass). Pour into a martini shaker. For extra dry, add no vermouth at all. If they ask, use just a few drops unless specified, as it is easier to overdo it than not. Drop a few iec cubes into the shaker and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted, and your hand is stuck to it. Remove cap and shake into a chilled martini glass vigorously. Done right, a thin layer of ice crystals will float on top of the drink when served. (Shaken, not stirred).

Martinis can also be served on the rocks (stirred, not shaken).

Garnishes are often olives, and range from plain, pimento-less, blue cheese filled, cheese filled, cream cheese, and other fillings. Spiced beans, asparagus, and a wide variety of other pickled martini garnishes are available at stores.

(Note: Chocolate and White chocolate martinis are generally made with Godiva, and according to the response on our main page it is NOT gluten free).
Mind Erasure: Into an empty rocks glass add 1.25oz Kahlua, 3/4oz vodka, fill with soda (no ice), put a large straw into the bottom of glass and race your friends by sucking it down bottom first as fast as you can. After 2-3 sit down :)
Minnie The Moocher (shot): layer in a shot glass bottom to top - 1/2 oz Jagermeister, 1/3 Kahlua, 1/3 Tangerey gin. (Invented one drunked evening in the after-hours bar of Zanie's by Eric Mcdonald).
Mork's Monk: 1oz Bailys Irish cream, 1oz Frangelico, fill with hot coffee. Top with whip cream as desired.
Motown Smash: 1oz Captain Morgans spiced rum, 1oz Chambord, fill 1/2 pineapple juice, 1/2 srite, shake or blend and pour over rocks.
Muddy River: 1oz Kahlua, 1oz Malibu or Parot Bay coconut rum, fill cream, stir over rocks.
Mudslide (frozen): 2oz Kahlua, 2oz Bailey's irish cream, fill ice, add whip cream into the blender for a creamy one, blend until smooth, whip cream on top and a cherry as desired.
Muppet: 1oz white tequila, 1oz Sprite, (put into a small glass, cover top airtight with your hand (use fabric napkin if desire), knock the bottom of glass twice down on the table and slam.
