



Dessert Cups
Sundae Chocolate Cups: 1 - 6oz. package (1 cup) semi sweet chocolate morsels, 1 Tbsp. vegetable shortening, 9 foil cupcake liners, ice cream - softened, chocolate syrup, fresh fruit. Combine over hot (not boiling) water- semi-sweet chocolate morsels and vegetable shortening. Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Coat inside of each cupcake liner with 1 Tbsp. chocolate mixture. Pace cupcake liner in palm of hand; rotate gently, using rubber spatula to push chocolate up sides. Place coated liners in muffin pans. Chill until firm. Life shells from muffin pan; peel off foil and return shells to muffin pan. Chill shells until ready to assemble and serve. Remove shells to serving plate. Fill shells with ice cream. Drizzle top with chocolate syrup. Garnish with fresh fruit. (Makes 9 servings). |
