Torte

Broken Glass Torte: 1 pkg. each - lemon, orange, lime, cherry, raspberry or strawberry JELL-O (3 pkgs in all), 1 1/2 cups boiling water per pkg., 1 envelope plain inflavored gelatin, 1/4 cup cold water, 1 cup hot pineapple juice, 2 cups heavy cream (whipped), 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla.

Dissolve each of the 3 pkgs. of JELL-O in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Pour into separate cake pans and chill until firm. Cut into cubes about 1/2" square. Soften plain gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in hot pineapple juice. Cool and then fold in the whipped cream which has been beaten with sugar and vanilla.
