GF Dressings
Creamy Asian-Style Salad Dressing:

3 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil

In mixing bowl whisk together all ingredients until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a few drops of water at a time.
Cover and refrigerate.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups salad dressing. (donated by: Jennifer Kuch)

Lemon Mint Dressing:

6 tbs Lemon Juice
1 tbs vegatable oil
4 tbs Honey
2 tsp grated Lemon peel
1 tsp fresh minced mint, or dried crushed mint

Combine lemon juice, vegetable oil and honey with grated lemon peel and fresh minced mint leaves: mix well. Makes about 1/2 cup.

Basic Vinaigrette:

1/2 C extra light olive oil
1/4 C red wine vinegar OR rice vinegar
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp each oregano, thyme and mustard powder
1/4 tsp each black pepper and garlic powder
dash of cayenne and Jane's Krazy Mixed Up Salt

Shake, chill and serve.
